Pressure Washer Assembly Tip

In power washer and cleaning accessory assembly work, we have witnessed that stainless steel threaded connections, tend to gall and bind when tightened together. Stainless steel bolts & nuts, along with high pressure pipe fittings, used for both fastening and water plumbing, require anti-seize compound to help reduce the risk of galling and permanent lockup damage of the connection.

Be sure to provide and include anti-seize compound in your assembly process or repair steps, where the stainless to stainless connections occur, as Teflon® tape alone is not enough.
