Stainless Steel Coil Housing & Inner wrap:

NEMA4 – Water Tight Control Panel:
ETL certified to UL1776 Class 2, for use in wash-down area, exceeding Industry standards. Special Hydro Tek control box features easy to use controls and provides instant access to electronics. Standard diagnostic indicators, including an hour meter to monitor system use, ensure optimal system performance.

CAT® Belt Driven Pump:
High torque, low RPM drive - cooler, quieter, continuous duty performance. These Industrial triplex pumps outperform the competition in longevity – featuring concentrically bored & polished, graphite impregnated ceramic plungers with advanced seal design to meet our ultimate standard – yours.

Rugged “Pro-Tect-It” Frame:
The ultimate in protection. Hydro Tek’s unique “Pro-Tect-It” frame of 1 1/4", heavy gauge steel, with durable electro-statically applied powder coat finish. The built-in lifting eyes give you greater flexibility and protection when moving the system.

UL/CSA Conformance:
After extensive Engineering, designing, testing and prototype development, Hydro Tek was successful in achieving ETL-C certification approval through Intertek Testing for their entire line of Hot Water Electric Powered Pressure Washers. This testing included passing the Level II Wash down test allowing (per UL 1776, page 121, paragraph 84.6) “a portable product or product intended to be located in a pressure wash area”. This certification is equivalent to UL and CSA.

We manufacture the Spiralast™ coils right here in our facility using a proprietary cold rolled process and robotic welds for exceptional strength and unimpeded flow. Our Spiralast™ lifetime warranty is the ONLY lifetime heating coil warranty in the industry.

    Simply by heating up the water, a hot water pressure washer delivers dramatically improved cleaning power compared to a cold water machine. Hot water pressure washers are especially useful for cleaning sticky, greasy, or oily surfaces, because they will loosen the dirt much faster without the large amounts of soap, detergent, or other cleaning chemicals that must be used with a cold water system.

By 1991, we were using computer-aided drafting systems to refine our product designs and improve efficiency. In 1997, we brought the power of computers to the shop floor by incorporating laser-cutting and other CNC manufacturing machinery, and in 2001 we began focusing on improving efficiency through the latest manufacturing techniques. The end result has been superior products delivered at a superior value to our customers.
