Spiralast™ Coil Lifetime Warranty

Hydro Tek is now offering a Lifetime Warranty on our new Spiralast™ heating coil. The new Spiralast™ coil is made in our state of the art ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility by using a proprietary cold rolled process. It allows us to meticulously control both the quality of the material and the process by which the coils are made. Since beginning production of this new coil in 2012, we have not only experienced zero coil leak failures but also seen remarkable improvements.

Precision –Robotic welding allows for precision welds and eliminates joints as a weak pointGUARANTEE: Hydro Tek Systems, Inc. promises to repair Hydro Tek power washers if defective in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase including the costs of parts and labor, but you must pay transportation costs and travel time (For additional information, refer to the warranty section in the operator’s manual).

LIFETIME SPIRALAST™ COIL WARRANTY: Hydro Tek will provide the replacement coil free of charge should the heater coil leak under normal conditions within the lifetime of the Hydro Tek machine up to 4300psi (300 bar). Damage from freezing or alterations to the equipment is considered misuse and is thereby excluded. Effective on models manufactured after February 7, 2014.
